The Hardest Job.
A big part of cheerleading is the stunts. Stunts consist of the flyer, the bases, the backspot, and in some cases, a front spot. The flyer is the one who is lifted in the air, or on top of a stunt. The bases are the two people who lift the flyer. The backspot is in the back of the stunt. They hold up the flyer by her ankles. The front spot is the one who is in front of the stunt. She can help the bases at times by holding their wrists to support them. Which position do you think would be the hardest to be? Why?

I cheered for 7 years and i experienced each spot. I think each position is hard in its own way. The flyer seems like they would have an easy job but its hard to consentrate on staying tight and whatver else they half to do. The other positions have a hard job to because they are responsible for the girl in the air
I think the hardest job it the base, because thats what i am. :) All of them have to work together to get the mount to stick. but the base holds the girl up. If it wasnt for the bases, the mount wouldnt go up. But in all, every spot has to do there job for everything to work.
Okayy, hello from first block. :) I think the hardest job would have to be the base. This is because you have to be strong and not afraid to get hurt if the flyer lands on you. Also, you have to make sure to catch the flyer. Even though the other jobs are hard, basing is a little more hard. :D

I believe the flyer would have the hardest job. I think that because you need to be the bravest to fly in the air. Also you need to have alot af faith with you teammates that would catch you.
I dont know to much about cheerleading but the flyer does seem like the hardest job. Its very dangerous and your have to have very good balance and coordination up there. I think all cheerleaders have important roles. :)
I think that all of the jobs are hard but I would have to say that hardest is the flyer. Many people think that being a flyer and going up in the air is very easy but its not. It takes alot of focus and concentration to go up in a mount. Not only do you have to go up in a mount you also have to tricks in the air.
I think the flyer would be the hardest because you have to jump in the air and do twists and all.
